Air Concierge

Trips Away Travel, Inc. is an established travel agency—and Virtuoso member—with a dedicated air concierge department. Their lead air agent, Elyssa, is our direct contact to assist anyone wishing to book flights for 2North’s trips.

In addition to simply booking a ticket, Trips Away Travel can:

• assign seats
• input frequent flyer programs
• input TSA/Global Entry (Trusted Traveler) numbers
• request upgrades
• submit dietary requests
• share your itinerary directly with us

They also have access to industry-only ticket fares and seats, increasing flexibility in routings.

Most importantly, they can make changes to your ticket on your behalf—even if we’re in the middle of our trip and out of touch—as well as monitor potential cancellations or delays that could affect your travel.

In addition to the cost of the airfare, Trips Away Travel charges the following for their service:

• $35 per ticket for domestic flights
• $50 per ticket for international flights
