Destination Information & Packing Recommendations
Following your registration, you’ll receive a Pre-Trip PDF Packet covering a host of practical, destination-related information: climate, currency, entry/exit requirements, etc., as well as packing recommendations for both gear and clothing.
Live Pre-Trip Briefing
Approximately 4–6 weeks before your trip begins, we’ll host a live, Zoom-based pre-trip briefing, hosted by your trip leader(s). We’ll cover everything from logistics to itinerary updates to packing recs, and you’ll have a chance to ask any question that’s on your mind.

Air Concierge
Need assistance planning your flights? Our air concierge, Elyssa at Trips Away Travel, is familiar with our itineraries and can help you find the perfect routing. In addition to securing your tickets, they can get seat assignments, insert frequent flyer numbers, request upgrades, and input dietary restrictions.
Travel Insurance
While all 2North Expeditions’ travelers are required to have insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation, we recommend securing additional insurance covering trip cancellation due to illness or accident, as well as coverage for baggage delay/loss. While you are welcome to secure any policy you favor, we have partnered with Wanderwell to offer competitive plans for our itineraries, so you can travel with peace of mind.
